Users of the InterFleet® sites, services, and software accept and acknowledge by their use of InterFleet® sites, services, and software and agreee to be bound by the Restrictions and Disclaimer herein.

The InterFleet® software is protected as a registered trademark of Grey Island Systems Inc. whish reserves the ownership rights, intellectual property rights, trademarks and copyright. Visitors, clients, and other users of the Grey Island Systems Inc. and InterFleet® sites and services may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise reduce the software to a human perceivable form, modify, distribute free, rent or resell for profit the software, or create derivative works based upon the software.

Disclaimer
The Grey Island Systems Inc. and/or InterFleet® sites, services, and software is provided on an “as is” basis, without any other warrantees or conditions, express or implied, including but not limited to warrantees of merchantable quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or those arising by law, statute, usage of trade or course of dealing. The entire risk as to the results and performance of the product is assumed by the visitors, clients, and other users. Neither Grey Island Systems Inc. nor dealers nor suppliers shall have any liability to any other person or entity for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages whatsoever, including but not limited to loss of revenue or profit, lost or damaged data or other commercial or economic loss, even if Grey Island Systems Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages or they are foreseeable, or for claims by a third party.

In no event shall Grey Island Systems Inc. and/or its suppliers be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages or any damages whatsoever including without limitation damages for loss of use, data, or profits arising out of or in anyway connected with the use or performance of the Grey Island Systems Inc. and/or InterFleet® sites and services. Further, no liability on Grey Island Systems Inc. and/or InterFleet® shall arise with the delay or inability to use the sits and services or related services , the provision of or failure to provide services, or for any information, software, products, services and related graphics obtained from the Grey Island Systems Inc. and/or InterFleet® sites and services whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, even if Grey Island Systems Inc. and/or InterFleet® sites and services or any of its suppliers is advised of the possibility of damages. If visitors, clients, and other users of the Grey Island Systems Inc. and/or InterFleet® sites and services are dissatisfied with any portion of the sites and services the sole and exclusive remedy is to immediately discontinue using the Grey Island Systems Inc. and/or InterFleet® sites and services.
